Infrastructure Demand

Non-Discretionary, Regulation-Driven Infrastructure Demand

Client: Regional Airport Authority
Project Type: Full replacement of aging fuel storage system.

The Situation

There were old underground single-wall tanks from the 60’s which had reached the end of their useful life. All old equipment needed to be removed, and the new fuel farm installed in phases. The existing fuel farm had to be kept operational while building the new one.

The airport-driven systems needed to be upgraded to current standards. Outdated fuel infrastructure required an immediate upgrade to increase fuel throughput and meet compliance standards. Required compliance with updated EPA and NFPA standards. The project was mandatory regardless of the budget cycle.

Also needed to meet the growing fuel demand of the current operations

AEAV Solution

AEAV Self-performed all phases, eliminating coordination delays, and completed the project within the required operational timeline.

The timeline was critical to avoid revenue disruption.
